  I initially came here after I sustained a flat on my MINI. Unfortunately, the puncture was on the sidewall and wasn't repairable. For those that don't know MINI's, they don't typically have a spare tire. I also live 35 miles north in Thornton, and it was Friday.
  I explained my situation to Eric, who really stepped up to help me out! He ordered the new tires for me, put an old tire on my car to get me through the weekend, and made arrangements for me to have the work done on Monday. Like any smart consumer, I priced the tires out, to make sure it wasn't too bad of a deal. When I found them slightly cheaper at another location, Eric happily matched the price of their quote. I wasn't able to get an alignment, due to specific weights that MINI requires, but I did get the tires and an oil change. Throughout the process, Eric called with updates, and ensured that I didn't receive any 'surprises' on my final bill. I really appreciate his level of service and understanding of my situation. I plan on getting all of my maintenance done here going forward.
