  This company seems to use the cheapest and most incompetent contractors. The current project on Oak street near 12th in Lakewood is proof. I would not recommend purchasing any home from this company. Do yourself a favor and choose a different community because you've been warned(just do some research into any home built by this company and you will see It's not just 1 or 2 complaints, there are very few people happy with not only the company itself but with quality and service as well). Wish I could give no stars.
