  The billing group kept sending the bill to the wrong mailing address for more than 6 months. They claim they never received the mail back stating wrong mailing address. This despite the collection agency they sent it received return mailing multiple time. The billing company never bothered to call or do anything to mitigate sending the bill to a collection agency. Because the bill was sent to a billing agency my credit rating has been significantly downgraded. Do anything possible if you need surgery and this group is called in to not use them.
