  I come into agreement with other reviews posted- be mindful of the contract you are signing with Crunch. The contract guidelines are not explained well and you are rushed through the process. If you cancel your membership early, expect to pay a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to, half the membership dues for every month you have left in the contract. It is excessive. I will not be returning to Crunch nor will I be recommending the gym to any friends or family.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. Be mindful of the contract you are signing with them, the staff does not explain contract guidelines well, and rushes through the process so you don’t know what you are signing up for. Employees are pushy sales people, not taking “no” for an answer. I work in sales too so I get it; however, being smarmy and their intimidation tactics are unsettling to customers. Trainers (Meredith, in particular), are rude, condescending, and not empathetic of customers’ needs or current physical condition. Customers are expected to respect trainers scheduled (and are charged if late or miss a scheduled appointment), but are not shown the same respect in return. Trainers were routinely late to paid training sessions, left customers for long periods of time during the scheduled training session, or stopped a session early to accommodate another customer. Trainers or any other staff never apologized or tried to amend issues with personal training sessions. Classes are sub-par – if the instructors even show up. I attend a number of classes where no instructor came to the scheduled class and the front desk staff didn’t bother or have the decency to come in and apologize to the waiting patrons of the class. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this business.
