  After speaking with Bernard, I was happy that he didn't follow up. Besides his poor people skills, he treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was wasting his time. After getting my business professionally valued by a CPA, I realized that Bernard was trying to undervalue my business for a quick sale.
  
  If Bernard sold your service business and you didn't have it professionally valued by a CPA who does that kind of work, Bernard likely sold for business for less than it was worth.
  
  Also, the attention to detail of his company is poor as there are simple grammatical errors on his website, speaking more to the level of quality he offers.
  
  If you want to sell your business for less than it's worth and deal with a rude person, this is the right company for you
