  Just so everyone is clear Travelers insurance company has been the most incompetent and useless company that I have ever dealt with. I was in an accident where I was rear ended by someone with travelers insurance on 9-11-15. 4 weeks of run around and now broken promises. They have done absolutely nothing to date. Including, I found out today, talking to their insured so that this can move forward. If anyone is thinking of using this company run the other way and choose ANY other company!!! Agent Kristy Townley never answers her phone and makes promises she can't keep and then doesn't let people know that she can't do it. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!
